Traceability in action
Certificates

To ensure food safety, we have been certified since 2003 – initially according to DS3027:2002, we upgraded to ISO22000:2005 in 2006 and took the latest step upwards in 2015 to GFSI certification according to FSSC22000 (view certificate here).

We approve our suppliers according to our own standards for documentation, quality, certifications and delivery guarantees. Years of dealing with each other mean that they can live up to our standards, ensuring that we can always focus on product quality and safety.

Our ingredients are sourced from very different areas of the world, with India, Indonesia, Sri Lanka and Vietnam as the main sources of spices such as pepper, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves.

Our guarantee of quality from ingredients to finished product is implementation of our own quality policy. The first inspection begins the moment ingredients arrive, along with traceability. All the products that pass through our factories are subject to constant checks and inspections, before being given a final inspection and labelled to ensure traceability for the customer.

All analyses (microbiological, chemical and physical) are performed at an external ISO 17025-certified laboratory, with full accreditation.

If there ever are any complaints against our products or deliveries, they are dealt with quickly and efficiently – focusing on the minimum of inconvenience to the customer.

Complete documentation always accompanies our products in the form of data sheets(view an example here)
